For the coming year I have resolved to be plenty more productive in all my online fashion blogging/retailing endeavors.

post-holiday shopping

My friend who's point and shoot Nikon I was using had to go on a trip with her family for the holidays.. leaving me with no camera:(.  I don't want to use my phone or post phone photographs on here unless they're instagram photo collages lol.  So today I'm posting manufacturer's photos I suppose.

Anyhow I've commenced the "after-Christmas" blowout shopping, which began today with American Apparel, my latest order from Romwe (use coupon code ROMWE10 for $10 off any order over $65~ ends the 31st) , and I also got a neoprene Marc Jacobs laptop case that matches my wristlet except instead of it being blue it's "flamingo" colored.  I like the brightness and poppiness my neoprene things have. :)

I like that even though American Apparel uses regular bow clips they're sturdy enough that I've begun clipping them (I now own a plain black one [got on eBay for $5 shipped!] and denim) to my clothing.

The apple store had it CHEAPEST; cheaper than all online prices-believe me, I checked. I was so surprised.  When was Apple last known to give out deals?  Anyhow if you want one but can't make it to an Apple store/your local Apple store doesn't have this beauty in stock,  here are some similar Marc Jacobs neoprene laptop sleeves.

Also, one of my goals for 2013 is to get my own domain name and Groupon luckily had a deal with GoDaddy.com, so I paid $10 for $30 worth of website domain building tools for whenever I decide to use them-before February. I'm excited!

jerry's gone, life is crap

The tights and gorgeous skirt are from Romwe, the studded Lita's I have already blabbered on about, and I somehow magically found the Jerry Garcia shirt at Goodwill less than a week after attending my first Furthur show in NYC.  The bow is from American Apparel's black friday sale.

I'm using my friend Olivia's camera at the moment because the inevitable did happen-my Canon 20D's mechanical shutter died. :(:( Hopefully I will only be using a point and shoot for a few more posts max-I really want to go snag a Rebel XSi.  

I used my  Too Faced Love Sweet Love palette entirely today and I am pleased with the smooth shades.  Eyeshadow primer is really helpful.. I never used it in my life before a few weeks ago and getting some it has changed it .. lol

first look flagged!?

So I get this amazing crew neck from Dimepiece Designs, post it on lookbook with the witty title "YSL?", get a bunch of appreciative comments, & then it gets flagged..  It's not because of LSD on the crewneck-apparently it was overedited.  I love and respect lookbook for always however even they should appreciate what's expressed in the "overediting" of this photo.  Oh well! Here's an "in focus" pic lol

The cute, warm & snug beanie is from siarraculbertson, and everything else except the Burberry scarf is probably from UO.

On a side note, I hope you all are staying warm in this frigid unfriendly holiday weather with your own pretty scarves, thigh high socks (for layering of course), and beanies :3  Don't forget to stock up on cute teas either to warm your hands when you forget your gloves (which I have 5 pairs of ugh) upon leaving the house ^_^

It wasn't a secret before but the store wasn't really ready to be unveiled til now. 

My etsy has basically ceased to be profitable and honestly is a hassle to check.  Plus, the fees are just ridiculous-mind you, eBay is even worse not to mention the gigantic restrictions on sellable items. leopard faux fur hood with mittens

leopard fur hood/scarf with ears and mittens   I've been pondering a practical way to wear this cute hood/scarf/mitten 3 in 1 thing for a while now (lol) and decided that if it was to be "toughened" up with a leather jacket and ESPECIALLY my JC boots, such as in my last look, it is therefore practical to wear in public.  I don't think it's silly anyway even if I wore it with the most casual outfit ever; I love this hat-it truly is warm and having pockets that hang low is extremely convenient.  

Is is softer than a real, live cat? Lol. No, but it is softer than a dead animal and btw I <3 animals ~  & have opposite feelings to fur except I have a vintage seal coat I rescued from trash.

I dont think any of the items are sold out yet.  I'm most excited for the studded cap :). I've seen fellow lookbookers wear it in their photos and it has spikes on the underside of the brim which looks awesome :D  But since I didn't leave the house at all after Thanksgiving, I did more shopping... recovering from one full day of gorging takes a while, especially when it has already begun snowing .__.

Speaking of shopping and sales, my dear friend Siarra has her own store where she sells her handmade & crocheted ~CUTENESS~ (bows, beanies, & other necessary winter gear) plus really hard to find in style items.

I got this GORGEOUS bow (& yes thats me on the product page! :D) from her store and I really was speechless when I opened the package.  It was more perfect in person than any photos I had seen online, and the fact that it's handmade by such a cute person makes it that much better.  It's also super cheap, only $13.50 atm.. before you scroll down a bit further past the sneak peek of her other items in stock (plus one of those beanies pictured is mine and I can't wait to get it! I have known for a while that American Apparel has an outlet store on eBay, it's really quite interesting as it's linked to their official online store where everything is 3x as expensive.  However, the deals in their eBay outlet store this cyber monday were insane.

I got all of this for under $75 shipped.  The official online store of American Apparel has a sale going on right now, 20% off everything and free shipping over $50-just the SAME items are not as cheap.  However, everything I have posted that I bought is on their eBay store and links are below so it should all be easy to find-hope you make to the sale!
